Spring Development is only open to 2025/26 Lakeshore Lightning & Essex Thunder players.
Players from other centers can attend tryouts starting April 20, 2026 with a Permission to Skate Form.
Lakeshore Lightning Pre-Skate & Development Sessions
Lakeshore Lightning will be hosting Pre-Skate/Development Sessions for U11, U13, U15, and U18 players who are interested in trying out for travel hockey for the 2026/27 season.
Cost - $30 for 4 skates
⚠️ Credit Card Payments: A 3% processing fee applies (approx. $0.90)

U15 & U18 Goalies – Preskate (Development) Skates Information
Lakeshore Lightning will be hosting Preskate (Development) Skates for goalies in U15 and U18 interested in trying out for a 2026/27 Travel Team.
Goalies at the U15 and U18 levels are welcome to attend regular preskates. Additional goalie-specific sessions are optional and intended to supplement the regular preskates.
All goalies must register in advance to attend. There is no cost for goalie participation.

🔹 Participation is only open to players who were registered and rostered on a Lakeshore Lightning or Essex Thunder team for the 2025/26 season.
🔹 Players from other centers who wish to try out for a 2026/27 Lakeshore Lightning Travel Team are not eligible for these sessions.
🔹 However, players from other centers are welcome to attend tryouts beginning April 20, 2026, provided they bring a signed Permission to Skate Form.
