Registration 2025/2026 Season
Registration for the 2025/2026 Season will open May 1st and remain open until leagues reach capacity.

Payment is due by July 31st. Please note that any payments made after August 1st will incur an additional $50 late fee, except for new registrations.
Team rosters will be finalized in September.

Payment Deadline and Registration Completion
Payment or arrangements must be completed by July 31, 2025. Registration remains incomplete until payment is received. Failure to do so will result in your registration being moved to the waitlist until payment is made.
Refund Policy
- To request a refund, email the treasurer at at [email protected]. Your refund date is when the Treasurer receives your request in writing. You'll get your refund after returning anything you borrowed from the Association.
- Travel players requesting a refund before September 1st incur a $50 displacement fee.
- House League players requesting a refund before September 15th without using Lakeshore Lightning ice receive a full refund.
- Requesting a refund between September 15th and 30th incurs a $50 admin fee.
- Once players are registered with OWHA, refunds are adjusted for OWHA monthly fees, insurance, player registration, and a $25 processing charge, in addition to the $50 admin fee.
- Refund requests after October 1st are reviewed case by case by the board.
- Late fees, credit card processing fees, and fundraising money are non-refundable. If you paid by credit card, there will be a $20 admin fee for credit card refunds.
