By submitting this application, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following: (1) I will attend coach mentorship sessions as offered by LLGHA and Essex Thunder. (2) I will provide completed season plans, practice plans, team budgets, and other required materials as requested. (3) I will comply with all Lakeshore Lightning policies, rules, and codes of conduct. (4) I will comply with the OWHA Code of Conduct. (5) I will ensure that a current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and all OWHA requirements are met and submitted for myself and all bench staff prior to participating in any on-ice or off-ice team activities, including the 2026–27 tryouts.

Applications should be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.

Note:
All Head Coaching positions are considered *Open* annually and all potential coaches, including returning coaches, must complete the application and will be required to attend an interview.
