If you have more than one child playing House League hockey, please complete one survey per player. Input from all parents or guardians is welcome. Your feedback helps us understand what is working well and where we can continue to improve the hockey experience for our players and families. We encourage parents to include their name rather than responding anonymously, as this helps ensure feedback is reviewed in the proper context. Detailed survey responses are only shared with the Registrar and House League Directors. The Coach Selection Committee receives survey results without names.
