(3) I will comply with all Lakeshore Lightning policies, rules, and codes of conduct. (4) I will comply with the OWHA Code of Conduct. (5) I will ensure that a current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and all OWHA requirements are met and submitted for myself and all bench staff prior to participating in any on-ice or off-ice team activities, including the 2026–27 tryouts.
