Team Personnel, Roster, U15-AA, U11, 2021/2022, LL (Lakeshore Lightning Girls Hockey)

A product of Chatham minor hockey with several years junior experience. I went to University in Birmingham Alabama on a golf scholarship and now reside in Lighthouse Cove with my wife Angela, daughters MacKenzie, Hannah, Olivia and son Byron.

I coached Midget AA in chatham in 2011/2012 and major Atom AA boys in chatham in 2017/2018.  I am a business owner in Chatham and in the off-season enjoy golfing and boating. My wife Angela and I keep busy with my oldest MacKenzie who coaches division 1 golf in Florida, Hannah who plays Peewee hockey in lakeshore and our other daughter Olivia and son Byron, both of which hope to start hockey this year.

I look forward to the opportunity of working with the girls this year on the Lakeshore Peewee Team. 

My name is Mike Mazzella from Leamington Ontario, I have been coaching hockey for over 20 years. Last year was my second year with the Lakeshore Lightning and had the pleasure of coaching the Girls Peewee A Travel Team.  Myself along with the staff will be looking to continue on with the success of the U15 AA program while at the same time focus on strong player development and preparing them for the next level.
