Team Personnel, Roster, U13-B, U11, 2021/2022, LL (Lakeshore Lightning Girls Hockey)

My name is Joel Cecile and I'm excited to become the coach of the Atom girls travel team.  I have lived in Lakeshore my entire life and grew up playing hockey through the Belle River Minor Hockey organization.  I have been lucky enough to be coached by several great coaches in my career and hope to pass on some of the traits I have learned from them.
My goals for the year would be to create a positive, fun environment so that the girls can develop with confidence and reach their full potential.  I plan to reward hard work and teach the girls to be respectful towards their teammates and coaches.  I will teach them the fundamental skills needed to compete, succeed and enjoy hockey at a high level for a long time.
